Michigan home forecloser
If I default on my mortgage and go into forecloser, can the mortgage bank put a lien on my personal bank accounts; and or; garnish my wages?

If they pursue a deficiency judgment against you for a shortfall after the foreclosure sale, and are granted the judgment, yes, the bank can put a lien on any bank accounts, property, etc. They can also garnish your wages.
