mobile home trun over
i'm going to turn my mobile home over to the bank. what are the repercussions? i owe more now than what i paid 19 years ago.

It depends on your lender. by law, they can seek a deficiency judgment against you for the difference of the amount owed and the sale price, but this procedure is rare, and there is a higher standard the bank has to meet in order to obtain a judgment against you (not like a credit card collection case). I would discuss with your lender how they plan to handle the deficiency, or simply not worry about it, as they will handle it as they please.
If you are otherwise not collectible, it is unlikely they will pursue a deficiency judgment against you.
