Rain Snow or sunshine my mother do all the yard work and kept the house clean. During this time my sister didnt live in the house she had her own apartment not far from the house. About two years ago and a half years ago my sister got married and had a bouncing baby boy but she was having difficult time taken care of the baby. First time mothers so my mother would go to their apartment every morning wash the baby and help her take care of the baby. Not long after my sister had the baby her and her husband decided to move out of the state of Michigan to Maryland. So my sister begged my mom to please go with her to Maryland and help her take care of the kid plus she threatens her about the house that if my mom doesnt come with her she would take her name off the mortgage and the bank wont let my mom keep the house by herself. My mom been the kind of person not understanding the law agree. I know that ignorance of the law is no excuse but my mother has been through a lot, her myself 13 at the time and my others sister who is handicapped plus my 4yrs nephew

Re: Help my Mom

Your sister won't be able to just remove her name from the mortgage. The mortgage company won't let it happen without a refinance. As long as your mom pays the mortgage the mortgage company isn't going to care, other than they aren't just going to remove your sister just because she wants to be removed.
