How do I change title from my deceased mother's name, and put in my name ??

I'm assuming that we are looking at changing the ownership of real property/land in your question. In order to change the name, and be able to have good title down the road to eventually sell or refinance the home you will need to open a probate estate for the purpose of moving the title from your mother's name to yours.
