Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

In October 2011, my home in Michigan experienced hail damage. A contract agreed to meet within the insurance adjuster to create an estimate. Now he said he also has a contract to do the work, but I don't wish to that. How can the misleading contract be voided? No money has be paid or work started.

If you didn't sign a contract, then there is none. If you did, you will need a lawyer to step in right away to assist.
