Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
I have paid every paymet of a car loan that had a co-purchaser on it as well as a co-owner on title, Have also paid all insurances and registraions. Co-owner refuses to sign off title and refuses to anwer calls/letters regarding situation. This is an ex-employer (and friend) who laid me off then went out of business. how do I get his name off title so I can sell the car?

Sue him for breach of contract. Hopefully you can prove all that you claim in your question, AND that he intended that the vehicle would belong to you upon your payment of the loan and costs.
