Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

do i have to pay my 2nd morgage. I cant aford to pay it. will they just put a lien againts the house

The mortgage is the lien. They can foreclose on it and sell the house to get their money. You should try to work it out if you want to save the house.
