Who Pays Transfer taxes?
My ''offer to purchase'' says that the Seller should pay transfer taxes, is it customary in Michigan for the seller to pay all transfer taxes?

It's more than customary, there is a statute that says that transfer taxes are to be paid by seller. However, there's no reason that this cannot be changed by agreement.

If not otherwise agreed, Michigan Law holds that the Seller pays the transfer tax.
