plat dedications

after a developer dedicates a private park

to the property owners within a

subdivision - who actually owns the

property? The plat contains the

dedication.

Generally speaking, the park is owned by the association of homeowners within that subdivision. Sometimes there are exceptions when communities helped the developer develop the property. In that situation the park could be open to all members of the community. The bottom line is whose funding helped earmark that park? If you have any additional questions feel free to contact me.
