Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
In the process of buying a short sale. Offer was for 55k. Appraisal came in at 50k. If the bank does not sell at 50k do they have to reimburse me for the appraisal fee if they kill the deal? Someone has told me yes and someone has told me no?
