Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
property was bought and a house put on it the mortgage is in my name only, but the deed has my and my ex girlfriends name on it (she added hers on there when she took the papers to the bank because I could`nt get off work to handle it) she had me removed from the property ...(argument)
what needs to be done to get her out and her name off the deed ..or make her assume the mortgage and me remove my name from deed...and the mortgage ..preferable.......she has destroyed the house lots of damage ..she had 10,000 dollars worth of trees cut down without my permission...she still lives there.........thanks
