Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Property listed with Realtor

Property is listed with a Realtor. For the last 6 months, the signs have been taken down. Cannot make contact with the Realtors via office number, residence, nor cell. Messages have been left on several occasions, the company nor the Agent will return our phone calls. Don't know if this company is still in business. Do we have a legal right to exit the contract?

Yes. It sounds like the realtor has breached the contract. Send a certified letter, return receipt requested indicating that the contract is terminated by breach.
