Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I purchased hunting/fishing property that contained a camp and small garage. The purchase agreement gave the seller 45 days to remove any chattel property. That deadline has come and gone approximately 1 month ago. Now a third party has contacted me saying he bought the small fishing boat in the garage from the seller and is trying to remove it. The purchase contract is very clear that all chattel property not removed after 45 days reverts to buyer. Who has claim to this boat?
