Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
I put an offer in on a foreclosed home in Michigan, the offer was accepted and I signed a purchase agreement and we had a closing date. The property was owned by Fannie Mae, then JPMorgan Chase, now Fannie Mae again. The Real Estate agent told me there was a mistake and someone had already bought the home. I have no clue how this could have happened and if I can do anything about it!

It sounds like you have a breach of contract suit against someone. Certainly you should contact an attorney to explore your options.
