I'm giving my house (the structure) to a local farmer. I house will be moved to his property and wto be m to uill be used to house his workers. Is there a legal document that I can prepare to transfer ownership and to remove myself from all liability

You should be able to enter a contract that lays out when he takes over ownership of the structure and when liability becomes his rather than yours. I don't recommend drafting this yourself as you may forget to address specific issues. Consult with a local attorney that has some knowledge with contracts and real estate transactions.
