Real estate purchase agreement

Once the P/A expires and the sale is not complete do you a have to notify the buyer, or can you sell the house to put the house back up for sale.

You don't probably need to notify but you should send them a letter stating the Purchase Agreement time frame has expired and you intend to put the house back on the market.
