today a real estate agent came to my house and said that my house have forelcoured on I have up 45 days to move out the never notifed me or send a letter informing me of the forecloure they did not call or send a letter and the last payment I made was in feb 2008 is this legal could the bank do that without proper notifcation I do not what to do now the agent offerd me 500 dollar if I leave in 30 days can ask for more monye

The realtor was offering "cash for keys" - a common practice when a house has been foreclosed upon and they would like the occupants to move out before they legally have to so they can get the house on the market faster.
Yes, the mortgage company/bank was required to send you notices, a ton of them, including a copy of the publication of the foreclosure each time it was published. It is unlikely that they simply failed to send you any notification and many people use the excuse "i never got anything." If you haven't been paying your mortgage, then you likely knew that a foreclosure was happening. I suggest you contact the bank that now owns the property (the realtor would know) and find out exactly when your last day is, so that they don't show up with the sheriff and put your property on the front lawn.
