Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I have had a recent forclosure and would like to buy another home. Would the bank be able to come after the new home for what is owed on the old?

The bank that foreclosed on your loan can come after any assets you own, unless the bank has signed an agreement that it will not pursue a deficiency judgment against you.. You need a real estate attorney.
