Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

when refying house in '06, broker instructed us to have a family member add us to their account to get loan approved. now in foreclosure mode.

is loan legal?

have to see documents. Is the loan legal? you mean can the bank foreclose? probably. don't have any idea what family member account has to do with note. have to see documents.
