Release name off house
I cosign my name on my sister house ,they told me after one year she could refinance and remove my name off,now they say she does not have enough creditd.
Will a quik deed change help remove my name from the house.What can i do to have my name off the house.
She has being paying on time i made sure of that. The people lied to me.

To Whom It May Concern:
This is in response to your email of July 5, 2000, which this office received on July 6, 2001.
Even if your name is removed from the title of the home you are still obligated to pay the mortgage. Removal of your name deed does not abolish your responsibility to pay the mortgage.
