Remove ex finace from deed

I would like to have my ex finace removed from the deed of the house. The mortgage is only in my name and she moved out a year ago (after living there for 2 years) after I caught her cheating on me. She wants money before she will sign to be removed from the deed. I feel since she did not put any money down, the mortgage is in my name and I basically made all of the mortgage payment that she is not entitled to any money. Is she entitled to any money and if not how can I get her to sign the papers?

If she is on the deed presuambly she "owns the home...."- sue her for partition of her interest, or settle with her. Please feel free to contact us cocnerning this matter.
