Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Hello! I rented my house out, which was managed through a property management company. The tenant moved out after providing only 5 days notice that she would be vacating the premises. My assumption is that she is to provide atleast 30 days but the property management company will not provide a copy of the lease agreement (neither will the tenant). Do I have grounds to file a small claims suit? If so, would the suit be filed against the property management company or the tenant? Thanks!

You would have to read the contract with the management company. You certainly are entitled to the lease too. Claim could be against one or both.
