Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

we rented a house 7 months ago, now we find out the landlord has not made a payment since we moved in. The house is now under forecloser, do we still have to pay the rent to the landlord or do we contact the bank that foreclosed on the property? Thanks Rudy
