Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I have a residental rental property (single family house) with a new tenant who has changes the locks on the house and refuses to provide keys to me. The contract specifically states locks cannot be changed without landlord permission. How do I proceed to be able to access the house for inspection.
