Residential Lease
Is it important to work with a real estate attorney to put t ogether a residential lease for my tenant to sign (as opposed to using one found online that is generic but specific to use in the state of MI?

Many landlords use the fill-in-the-blanks forms they find on-line, but these forms may not comply with Michigan law. It would certainly be best to work with an attorney. I would be happy to work with you on a residential lease.
