selling your home without using a realtor or for sale by owner

I want to sell my home using an attorney and paying him a fee vice using a realtor and paying a commission. Where can I find information on this subject to read/download for how to do. Or step by step instructions Or a name of a reputable attorney in the Metro Detroit area.
