Selling a house
I have sold my house & have 30 days to move out. The buyer has put locks on a barn that contains my property. I am not paying rent. What are my rights?

Re: Selling a house
Paying rent or not will not be the deciding factor in this. What the agreement is between the parties, typically as part of the sales agreement or an occupancy addendum, will be the largest factor as to who has what rights and at what time they are able to act. Please check your sales and closing documents as they may best have this information in it. If you can't determine it may be necessary to have an attorney review them.
