i signed a contract for a forclosed home, within 24 hours i informed my agent that i wanted out. its my first home buy. they pressured me in to it

Typically when a home is purchased, whether it is foreclosed or not, the offer is made contingent upon your approval of a home inspection by a licensed inspector. You can use this contingency to get out of the contract.
