Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I signed a settlement agreement, in a law suit that was between by husband and father...I was not named in the law suit..but agreed to give my father my 1/2 of land that I own with my sister...I changed my mind,,,,He is now sueing me on for the 1/2 of land...I go to court on Fri.. We had to file bankrucpy and named him...but he is sueing me for the land now after our discharge...I can't aford an attorney we already paid one $30,000 to get no where...Please give me some advice...My dad deeded the land to me and my sister as a gift after my mother passed...
