Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I signed a transaction coordination agreement on 09/28/2010 on behalf of LCC COMPANY FOR REALESTATE DEAL.During the couse of deal I thought that I would be part of LLC but unfortunely i was not and also the LLC company does not exists on the date I have signed.LLC was formed without me after 7 days . Now the issue is that the person in the realestate buyer wants to sue for breach of contract and fraulent activity .Please advice ..

You need a real estate attorney to unravel this knotty problem that you find yourself in. You were not an authorized agent of the LLC if you were not a member and the LLC was not even formed.
