Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Ok so I sold a cell phone to this lady and I told her BEFORE she bought it that it had trouble charging and I thought it was because the charger wasnt compatible. So she bought it then called and said she wanted her money back. If I dont give her the money back can I get in trouble with the law? Also she said it wouldnt even turn on and it was on when she came and got it. So how do I know she didnt do anything to it?

She could sue you in small claims court. You could defend based on as is and she damaged it, not you.
