Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
If i were to swape my car with a friends car but she is still paying on her car but agrees and signs a contract that she will contiune to make the payments and she dont the car gets repossed can i sue her??

Take your "contract" to an attorney. If it was properly drafted, and signed, it is enforceable.
