Is it legal to use a tape recoeding in court, when you were not informed they were recording your conversation?

As long as one of the parties knows that there is a tape recorder you can tape a conversation that could be used in court.

In Michigan, a party to a recorded conversation does not need to advise the other party that the conversation is being recorded. That tape recorded conversation is then potentially able to be used as evidence in a court proceeding.
