Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Tenant making up fake allegations

I used to own a home , in october 2006 the old tenants after 1 yr in the house decided to leave. I rented it to someone named A . Person A lived in the home for one week before signing the lease . also A gave a deposit . A refused tp pay rent for 2months , during which i kept telling her to leave the home . She refused and wouldmt allow me into the home at ALL . Now she left in december and 2 months later , she tells me she is sick from the house and plans to sue . She also wants to send an inspector to the home . But the bank has taken possession of the house for about 2 months now . I have no idea what happened to the house in these 2 months , how can i be liable for it ? Also no other person aside from her sick . I feel that this is a gold digging scheme , she was in the house illegally , and paid no rent . She was there on her on free will ! I tried to evict her multiple times . Also she called me about 3 weeks ago , and didnt mention her sickness which she claims has been going on for 6 weeks !

Re: Tenant making up fake allegations

Sue her for rent, and all rent owed under the lease, why does the bank have possession?
