Can a tennt legally be charged rent after his death?

it all depends on whether the deceased tenant has a probate estate or not. If they had assets in probate, rent is still due, less mitigation of damages. No probate assets, landlord gets nothing. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
