Terminating Lease Early
Is there anyway that a person renting rental property (apartment) can break lease early, with out damaging credit refrence and security deposit?

A lease is really just a contract, and any contract is negotiable, if both parties are willing to negotiate. The only way I know to "break" a lease without conveying the agreed payment is in the case of a military person being moved for military reasons (or sent to war). Barring that, talk with your landlord and see if what you can work out. You might also consider a sub-lease.
