Transfer of house/property to other owners

How do we transfer property to daughters name without selling it to her. Quick claim deed?? how is this done?

By quit claim deed. Do not do this if your child is a minor. Also, once you've transfered the property to your daughter, it is hers and she does not have to give it back to you. Please consider this carefully. For more info., please contact my office at (248)851-3171.

You can transfer property this way. But you really should consult with an estate planning lawyer (I am not that kind of lawyer) because you may create a taxable event for your daughter with a simple quit claim deed. I know of a good attorney in Chelsea if you are intereted.
