Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
Walk away
I'm currently unemployed and starting to fall behind. On top of that i just found out my well is no longer producing water. If I walk away what happens to me besides stress relief??

Re: Walk away
Likely, the house will be foreclosed upon. You may be sued for any difference in price of sale versus mortgage owed. If you file for bankruptcy you will be relieved of that remaining obligation.
