Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
Will you please provide a list of states that require legal representation on behalf of a corporation acting as a defendant relative to small claims court? Also, I understand that this can be subjective to municipality and I am wondering if there is any certain state/federal legislature I would be able to reference regarding small claims representation.
Thank you

Michigan permits a person in small claims court to represent a corporation. However, if the case gets removed to the general docket by either party, the corporation must be represented by an attorney. http://www.wolverinelaw.com
