Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

consentual sex in the work place

Generally, if a woman and man is found ''in the back room at work, on company time'' having sex, with both parties having consented to same.....are there laws that make that illegal or is it company policy that puts the pair's job at stake? OR, are there laws that force the work place to deal with it appropriately?

You should realize that your employer can freely terminate the pair "for cause" upon discovering them "in the back room at work, on company time having sex, with both parties having consented to same".

Both of the pair should receive the same treatment. If not, call me.
