Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

csc in 4th degree

I am licensed health care professioinal in michigan. And been charged for csc 4th degree. I am getting a plea bargain for 1 year misdenemor for attempt of 4th degree csc for 2 yr felony for csc. My question is.......... do u think that affect my professional license?? and i m a green card holder here. Then will it affect my naturization in future or will i be subjected to deprotation???

Your professional status is subject to peer review and I don't know enough to comment on it. It will probably be revoked if you have to register as a sex offender. Yours is a crime of moral turpitude.

It is the least of your worries. You will become deportable if your circumstances match the law as stated below:

(i) Crimes of moral turpitude Any alien who�

(I) is convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude committed within five years (or 10 years in the case of an alien provided lawful permanent resident status under section 1255 (j) of this title) after the date of admission, and

(II) is convicted of a crime for which a sentence of one year or longer may be imposed.

You sound as though you do not have a lawyer or else you wouldn't be asking these questions. This is a mistake. You can be deported to your country of origin if you continue this course of conduct.
