Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

my daughter start working at a business at 17 years old her boss manipulated her into a inappropriate relationship he was 50 he bought her a car she didn't even have a drivers liscense and told her not to tell her parents he brain washed her to think he was trying to help her by buying her gifts and taking her on trips she didn't pass the drug test for the job and he forged documents to employ her she is now 20 and he is 53 can I stiil sue him and the business because she was 17 when this started staying with parents in 12th grade

You personally would have no cause of action. She might and she would need to speak to an employment attorney right away as there are hard deadlines on these kinds of matters.
