Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

My grandson is in Jail and has been there for 3 months and he wants me to be his power of attorney. how do I go about doing this?

A power of attorney needs to be drafted and he'll need to sign it and have it notarized. I can help with drafting, but he'll need to figure out notarization within the jail system.
