Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan
non-domestic personal protection order
I have filed a personal protection order against my neighbor and he is now taking me to court to have it removed. He is also seeking compenstion for his attorneys fees and costs to defend the order. What is the best way to handle this.

Since you didn't state the reason you filed a PPO, you should be aware that, if the judge finds that it was frivolous, you may well have to pay your neighbor's costs.
Make sure you show up for the hearing.
