Not sure I understand your question, but yes, certain people are eligible to petition to have their name removed from the list - there are several factors that determine if you can even petition, and then another set of factors that are considered by the judge when deciding whether or not to grant your request.

For example, those convicted of CSC 1 are generally NOT eligible to even petition.
