Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

I am male 49 years of age.

I went to work at 6:00 pm on2/6/07
later in the night Nick the owner and boss, showed steve and myself a porn video of a man having sex with a donkie. Nick kept showing it to us and customers wile gilgiling. I was very uncomfertable.

On 2/8/07 the next time that I worked , Nick was playing the video for more customers and was asking me why black men's dicks were so big. He kept blocking me and was in the way of me doing my job. When i told him that i needed more space ,he said too bad. He also called a co worker at home and told him that i said he was queer . ( I did not ) so i walked out and did not go back. What can I do about this , do I have a case for sexual harasment

I'd have to know what kind of business it is that you work in. It seems very different that this could go on with customers, etc. William S. Stern
