Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Sexual harrassment joke

A friend txted a girl asking for a naked picture jokingly, and she responded with a nasty picture. He txted her again much later asking for another t-pic and she claims that the police will throw him in jail for this and wants to call the police. Is this true? can he go to jail for that? He's 18, she's 16
