Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Is it statutory rape if at 15 i willing had sex with my 18 year old cousin? it happened outside of my home state so which state would i file in? his 18 year old sister also knows about it does she have to say something? how long can i wait to tell my parents so they can do something?

A person cannot consent to sexual relations until they are 16, so yes it is statutory rape in any state or country wherein 16 is the age of consent, such as Michigan. There is no statute of limitations on rape, or criminal sexual conduct (CSC) in Michigan - it can be reported and prosecuted at any time.
