Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

I need a term.

I have been falsely accused of sexual harrassment. The woman without knowing who the real person was went to the director of my school and pointed me out telling him i was the one harrassing her. Is this some kind of profiling? what actions can i take?
