Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Workplace harassment?

I am a student at MSU. I have worked for the same employer for about a year now. He has made it impossible for me to feel comfortable for me to go to work and perform my job accurately. I am a server at a lower class restaurant, he is the owner. He denies us breaks whenever he feels it's too busy. He has confronted me and belittled me in front of other employees. Recently, when I disputed the number of hours on my check, he told me that he would be watching me from now on and that I was being petty for wanting to be paid for the time I was at work. I know that this is not harassment of a sexual nature, but cannot help but feel that I am being harassed. I recently took a class that taught about sexual harassment and hostile work environments. I strongly believe that this employer creates a hostile work environment for me and many others. I don't know if I should just quit or really persue this. When talking with other employees (previous and current), he has done the same to others. I am unsure if there is anything I can do besides quit to avoid this treatment any longer. What can I do?
